SWVS 2026 Exhibitor Kit

- All rigging requests must be submitted through the Rigging Advance Portal https://encoreglobal.com/rigging-portal/ - Requests must be submitted, approved, confirmed and paid for (21) Days in advance of the load in. Any submissions that do not meet this deadline will incur additional Pre-production fees. All submissions must contain a Vectorworks, DWG, or CAD drawing of the rigging required within the HBGCC Hall or Room. - All sealed structural and material engineering, weights, equipment, and manufacturer information must be provided with the rigging advance. If any information is missing the advance will not be accepted and this may cause a delay in the approval. - Any loads that are heavier than the point loads provided may have to go to a third-party engineering firm for approval. The cost of this will be the client’s responsibility and Encore will add this to the final invoice. - Any item that is over 250lbs will require motors and truss to be rigged. - Any items under 250lbs that do not require truss and motors and/or are less than 10’ in diameter, may be hung by the decorator. - All rigging service calls require (2) riggers for a minimum of (5) hours. - Any lighting requests for Exhibit booths beyond 4 lights will require truss and motors. - All lighting for the booth must be hung within the footprint of the exhibit booth, no exceptions. - Boom and scissor lifts can be provided by Encore, or clients may bring in their own. If a client provides the lifts for the Encore team, it is understood that Encore will have full access to the lifts while engaged in working on the booth. - Below are our days billed SOP: - 1 Day Charge as 1 Billable day - 2-4 Day Charge as 2 Billable days (2 Day Week) - 5-7 Day Charge as 3 Billable days (3 Day Week) - Beyond 7 days to be quoted and charged in addition to the weekly (3 day) rate.
